Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Dispatch. In-stock items are dispatched within 2 working days of your order. Each piece is hand-painted stoneware.

Preorders. Preorder items are painted after you place your order. Payment is taken in full at checkout, and we will contact you on the email address and phone number from your order to confirm timelines and arrange delivery once your piece is ready.

Delivery time. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–6 working days depending on your pincode. Remote pincodes may take a little longer. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping charges. Shipping charges, including any free-shipping threshold, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delays. Couriers, festivals, and weather can occasionally slow things down. If your order is taking longer than expected, write to us via the Contact page or WhatsApp and we will chase it for you.

Damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, photograph the piece and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact us — we will replace it or refund you as per our Refund Policy. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will reship your order or refund you in full.
