Refund policy

Every mugling is hand-painted, so small variations in brushwork are part of the piece and not a defect. Beyond that, here is exactly where we stand:

Damaged or defective items. If your order arrives broken, chipped, cracked, or with a genuine manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and the packaging. 

Wrong item received. If we sent the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Change of mind. we do not accept returns 

Preorders. Preorder payments are taken in full at checkout. You may cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before we dispatch it. Once dispatched, the damage policy above applies.
