Care Guide

Looking after your mugling

The painting sits under the glaze and is fired in, so it won't wash off.

Daily use. Dishwasher and microwave safe. Skip the scouring pad — a soft sponge keeps the glaze glossy.

Heat. Fine for hot chai and coffee. Avoid sudden extremes, like taking it from the freezer straight to boiling water — that stresses any stoneware.

Stains. Tea rings lift with a paste of baking soda and warm water. Leave it on for ten minutes, wipe, rinse.

Chips. If a piece arrives chipped or cracked, photograph it within 48 hours of delivery and write to us — we'll replace it or refund you.

Small variations. Brushstrokes differ a little from piece to piece because a person painted it. That's not a fault; it's the proof.
